Title: Demand Generation Manager

Overview:‍
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategic demand generation initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and implementing campaigns that generate interest, leads, and pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive effective demand generation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
2. Nurture the leads through different stages to ensure they are qualified to become MQLs.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment of demand generation efforts with overall company goals.
4. Campaign Planning and Execution:
a. Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
b. Utilize a data-driven approach to target the right audience segments and deliver relevant content at each stage of the buyer's journey.
5. Work closely with the content team to ensure that the contents are targeted to the right audience and are promoted in the most effective channels.
6. Align the campaigns with company’s plan of attending events and conferences along with engineering roadmap.
7. Stay aligned with the marketing planner and suggest changes in it as per the demand generation strategy and campaign timelines.
8. Plan and implement lead generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
10. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of demand generation campaigns.
11. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
12. Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems – like HubSpot and other technology platforms to execute and track demand generation campaigns.
13. Stay up-to-date about industry trends and technologies to increase campaign effectiveness.
14. Should be hands on with AI based tools required to make demand generation campaigns more effective.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS companies.
3. Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
5. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaign execution.

‍Job Title: Marketing Administrator

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for representing Aarna Networks to the outside world. They will report to and assist the Senior Director of Marketing on a variety of tasks involving creativity, writing, research, communications, and administrative duties. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, open mind, and desire to advance their marketing career in an exciting growth industry.

‍Responsibilities:

Learn, develop, and use best-in-class marketing techniques across marketing channels
Draft, edit, and post social media updates (images and text) to company channels
Coordinate the development of other designed assets (e.g. infographics, ads) as needed
Help to maintain the company’s marketing tracker (event list, editorial calendar, etc.)
Help to maintain the Aarna website, make updates, and fix errors, explore SEO
Review and proofread marketing materials
Coordinate with Sales Team as appropriate for lead generation and qualifying activities
Develop and send regular company email features and newsletters

Perform target research on industries, companies, trends, events, etc. upon request
Measure and track the performance of marketing channels and activities, converting data into actionable insights
Work in Hubspot to update records, upload lists, send emails, and develop reports

Requirements and skills:

Positive, “can do” attitude
A curiosity about IT, open source, networking, cloud, and edge technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
2-3 years of proven marketing experience
Strong understanding of digital media marketing
Familiarity with social media channels (esp. LinkedIn and YouTube)

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer (frontend focused) to build out and manage our entire web infrastructure. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works. Our project entails implementing our pre- approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.
